requirements, and we provide you a copy to ensure that we have properly
communicated.
• We do an active search of the available talent and present only qualified
candidates who fully meet your requirements.
• We communicate the requirements of the job clearly to every candidate,
as well as the opportunity with the company and the challenges that they will
find.
• We pre-close all candidates to ensure that when offers are made, they are
accepted and that last minute surprises are eliminated.
• We follow up with both you and the candidate to ensure that your are
both pleased with the decision that you have made and to alert you to any
possible issues on a timely basis.
